SMMA Studio · Video workflow

A reviewed path from brief to delivery.

Bring existing footage into a business workspace, inspect the real media, prepare descriptions and approve one exact version before any configured delivery.

A review at every handoff

Four stages, with a decision before delivery.

The approval belongs to one reviewed video version, its descriptions and its selected destination accounts.

  1. 01

    Brief

Keep each business’s brand, audience, offer, platforms and source material together.

  2. 02

    Prepare

Upload a finished video, inspect its format and prepare platform descriptions.

  3. 03

    Review

Check the clip and approve the exact video, descriptions and destination accounts.

  4. 04

    Deliver

Post or schedule to configured accounts, then follow each destination’s delivery status.

Inside the owner workspace

From saved brief to delivery receipt.

01

A workspace for each business

Save client profiles, brand direction, briefs, attachments and platform choices. New requests use the latest business settings; existing requests retain the brief they were created with.

  • Business, brief and description drafts retained for 30 days
  • Saved videos reusable within the same business
  • Reversible archiving and separate client workspaces
02

Prepare the video you already have

Upload a source or finished clip and inspect the actual media. Fix video format produces a compatible vertical MP4 while keeping the original and its duration.

  • Uploads up to 25 MB; shared preset targets 58–62 seconds
  • 1080 × 1920, 30 fps format conversion with padding
  • Six-frame visual check, playback and video download
03

Review with a clear version history

Write one description for the selected platforms, with individual overrides where needed. Request revisions, restore earlier results and keep control of what gets approved.

  • Video or description edits withdraw the previous approval
  • Approval applies to one version and its selected accounts
  • Posting-pack download includes video and descriptions
04

Plan the next posting slot

Set a business time zone, preferred posting days and time. Choose the next free slot or a custom time, then explicitly approve and schedule the reviewed version.

  • Daylight-saving changes handled in the planner
  • Pause posting or cancel a waiting schedule
  • The workspace server must be running when a scheduled post is due
05

See what happened at each destination

Follow platform processing and keep earlier delivery attempts visible. Failed destinations can be reviewed again while successful destinations keep their receipts.

  • Uncertain uploads require an account check before retrying
  • Record an existing platform link to avoid a duplicate send
  • Overdue jobs stop for review; recovery snapshots pause posting
06

Keep campaign planning in reach

Plan goals, offers, audiences and budgets, then write hooks, scripts, captions, calls to action and editing instructions for video, text or image content. Track review stages, planned dates, published links and activity.

  • Planning for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest
  • Manual or imported performance results, CSV reports and planning exports
  • GBP, USD or EUR planning budgets; no automatic ad spend

Format conversion standardises an existing video while preserving the original and its duration. Technical checks do not establish creative quality or platform acceptance.

Three direct integrations

Platform controls remain platform-specific.

YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels each require the relevant developer application, permissions and an authorised business account before live posting.

Setup required

YouTube Shorts

Review visibility, audience and synthetic-media declarations. The adapter uploads the video and checks processing and resulting visibility. YouTube decides Shorts classification.

Setup required

TikTok

Review the account’s available privacy and interaction options, music consent and commercial disclosures before Direct Post. Developer-app approval and account restrictions still apply.

Setup required

Instagram Reels

Connect an eligible professional account and review the selected identity before uploading a Reel. The required Meta app configuration, permissions and account access must be in place.

Connected-account selection, encrypted credential storage and disconnect controls are included. A simulated check is not evidence of app approval or a successful post. Uncertain uploads stop for account review before retrying.

Connect reviewed work to measured enquiries.
