1. These terms
VyrexSocial is a partner site operated by VyrexCode. These terms apply to phone-farm hardware, cloud-phone access, Device Cloud and related services. An accepted quote, order or statement of work may add project-specific terms and takes priority where it conflicts.
2. Scope and availability
Phone farms are configured to order and cloud-phone services may be offered in early access. Device type, capacity, access window, setup, delivery and availability are confirmed by written quote. A public product description or enquiry does not reserve inventory.
3. Prices and payment
Published prices are indicative and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Quotes confirm currency, tax, deposit, milestones and recurring charges. Work outside the accepted scope requires written agreement.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate instructions, lawful materials and authorised accounts. Protect credentials, use MFA where required, use dedicated test accounts where practical and follow our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Sessions and sanitisation
Devices may be reset or sanitised before or after access, when an order ends or where security requires it. Device storage must not be treated as a backup.
6. Availability and liability
No internet or remote-device service is uninterrupted or risk-free. Early-access capacity may be limited. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded; subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Governing law
Unless an accepted order says otherwise, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have jurisdiction.
