1. These terms

VyrexSocial is a partner site operated by VyrexCode. These terms apply to Vyrex 6 MAX video editing, Vyrex 6 Content Workflows, phone-farm hardware, cloud-phone access, Device Cloud and related services. An accepted quote, order or statement of work may add project-specific terms and takes priority where it conflicts.

2. Scope and availability

Phone farms are configured to order and cloud-phone services may be offered in early access. Device type, capacity, access window, setup, delivery and availability are confirmed by written quote. A public product description or enquiry does not reserve inventory.

3. Cloud Phone activation

The published £39.99 Cloud Phone activation is a one-off charge for one phone, proxy access and the AI-assisted firmware/control layer. It includes zero usage minutes. A positive prepaid minute balance is required before the phone can be used; there is no pay-as-you-go option. Minute packs are bought in bulk at the prices shown at checkout.

Session usage is measured and deducted server-side in whole minutes. The first minute is deducted when a session starts and each further completed minute is deducted while it remains active. A session is blocked or ended when the balance is not positive. The account ledger is the record of pack credits, usage, refunds and adjustments.

4. Prices, refunds and payment

Configured-hardware quotes exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Fixed cloud-phone checkout prices are charged at the amount shown before payment. A monthly plan is required before buying extra Vyrex 6 MAX or Vyrex 6 Content Workflows credits. Vyrex 6 MAX editor credits and Vyrex 6 Content Workflows credits are separate balances: each pays only for its own product and neither can be exchanged for the other. Existing balances and past purchases remain valid. Credit packages are charged at the checkout amount; each edit or image uses a fixed credit quote that you accept before work starts. Reserved credits are charged after successful delivery and released after failure or cancellation. Private and larger deployments are enquiry-only and confirmed by written quote. Your checkout and payment-provider receipt record the agreed charge. Any approved pack refund removes the corresponding proportion of minutes; if some have already been used, the balance may become negative and further sessions remain blocked until it is positive. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

AI Editor source footage and revisions

Source footage of up to 12 hours and 256 GiB is kept privately while you revise your edit, within the raw-footage storage allowance of your plan. We delete the original, with its preview copy and analysis, when you press Complete, or when your edit closes automatically 24 hours after its final render; after that the video can no longer be revised, and its final video stays available to download. An open quote, queued edit or running edit of the same footage keeps your edit open; a revision that fails or is cancelled starts a new 24-hour window; and footage given a later closing date under our earlier policy keeps that date. The workspace shows each date. Unused uploads are removed after 24 hours, and footage whose edits all failed or were cancelled is kept for 72 hours for a retry. The export and saved project remain available until you remove the edit. Keep your own copy of the original footage. Uploads can resume in parts if your connection is interrupted, subject to available processing capacity.

5. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate instructions, lawful materials and authorised accounts. Protect credentials, use MFA where required, use dedicated test accounts where practical and follow our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Sessions and sanitisation

Devices may be reset or sanitised before or after access, when an order ends or where security requires it. Device storage must not be treated as a backup.

7. Availability and liability

No internet or remote-device service is uninterrupted or risk-free. Early-access capacity may be limited. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded; subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

Unless an accepted order says otherwise, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have jurisdiction.
