Who controls your data
VyrexSocial is operated by VyrexCode. VyrexCode is the controller for VyrexSocial enquiries, sales, accounts and service administration.
What we collect
We process contact and account details, correspondence, order and transaction references, device inventory, access-window, session-status, connection, reset and security-event metadata required to deliver the service.
Device sessions and customer content
Operational logs are designed to exclude screens, keystrokes and customer content. Use dedicated test accounts, minimise personal data and remove customer-controlled data at the end of a session. Devices may be reset or sanitised under the accepted order.
Why we process it
Data is used to answer enquiries, deliver contracted services, secure accounts, process approved payments, meet legal obligations and improve reliability.
Retention and rights
Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months; account and routine device-session records for the contract plus 90 days unless agreed otherwise; security logs for 12 months; and financial records for the legally required period. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability through the relevant enquiry or account channel.
