Who controls your data

VyrexSocial is operated by VyrexCode. VyrexCode is the controller for VyrexSocial enquiries, sales, accounts and service administration.

What we collect

We process contact and account details, correspondence, order and transaction references, device inventory, access-window, session-status, connection, reset and security-event metadata required to deliver the service.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we store a random visitor identifier for up to 90 days and a session identifier that renews after 30 minutes of inactivity. We measure public pages viewed, referring domains, campaign tags, device size, links clicked, scroll depth, visible-page time and form outcomes. We do not record typed values, passwords, screens, or private workspace pages. Visitor timelines are pseudonymous and available only to the owner. Event records are removed after 90 days by scheduled retention.

The current analytics permission also lets us save your first and last non-direct campaign sources when you create an editor account and connect those sources to verified purchases for business reporting. We do not connect your visitor identifier or browsing timeline to your account. Attribution expires within 90 days of consent; older or untracked accounts appear as unknown. Previous anonymous-only permission does not opt you into account attribution; we ask again.

Choose Privacy settings to decline future collection and clear identifiers and campaign history on this browser. To remove attribution already stored against your account, contact us; it otherwise expires automatically. Contact us for access or deletion requests.

Editor checkout and optional preview offers

Vyrex 6 MAX checkout requires your email for the order, receipt and account claim link; a phone number is optional and stored only if you provide it. Your paid credits remain attached to that email if you finish account setup later. The separate, optional preview-offer form asks for a name, email and phone number, and your consent to offer contact. Earlier waitlist entries retain their queue and contact choices. Neither form subscribes you to unrelated marketing; the public queue counter displays no contact details.

You can withdraw preview-offer or earlier waitlist contact consent, or request correction or deletion by contacting privacyvyrexcode.com. Removing an entry does not change positions already issued to other people.

Editor billing and local currency

We use the country associated with your connection to suggest a display currency. The country lookup runs locally or uses our hosting provider; we do not send your IP address to an exchange-rate service. A manual currency choice is saved in your browser and in a first-party preference cookie (vyrex_display_currency, kept for one year) so every page shows the same currency. Editor and Content Workflows prices are set in USD and phone products in GBP; other currencies are estimates, and checkout confirms the fixed GBP charge.

Square receives card details through its secure payment fields and stores the payment card. We keep customer and subscription references, agreed prices, recurring consent, payment status and credit records. Your card number and security code are not stored by our application.

AI Editor content and review

Your uploaded source is sent in resumable parts directly to private EU object storage and processed on private compute. The completed edit and saved project are retained for delivery. Google receives source and final video clips with review instructions. Anthropic receives your brief, any saved editing preference and text observations for planning; we do not send the video file to Anthropic. If the primary planner declines a request, OpenAI receives the same planning information to finish that edit; we do not send the video file to OpenAI either.

Your private footage and full brief are not shared as general editing ideas. Sharing a generalised idea is optional and requires a separate choice for each completed edit. Turning sharing off removes pending ideas. Guidance already approved by the owner remains until revoked.

Original footage stays in our private object storage while you revise an edit; it is never copied whole onto the processing host, which works from a lower-resolution preview copy and the selected parts it cuts from the original. The original, its preview copy and the footage analysis made from it are deleted when you press Complete; otherwise your edit closes automatically 24 hours after its final render and they are deleted then. An open quote, queued edit or running edit of the same footage keeps it open; a revision that fails or is cancelled starts a new 24-hour window; and footage given a later closing date under our earlier policy keeps that date. The workspace shows each date. An upload that never starts an edit is removed after 24 hours; footage whose edits all failed or were cancelled is kept for 72 hours for a retry. The final export and saved editable project remain until you remove the edit. Once an edit is completed or closed it can no longer be revised; its final video stays available to download. Removing an edit removes its brief, exports and pending ideas while retaining a minimal settlement record. We request deletion of temporary Google files after processing; if deletion cannot be confirmed, the job is held for review and reconciliation rather than marked complete.

Device sessions and customer content

Operational logs are designed to exclude screens, keystrokes and customer content. Use dedicated test accounts, minimise personal data and remove customer-controlled data at the end of a session. Devices may be reset or sanitised under the accepted order.

Why we process it

Data is used to answer enquiries, deliver contracted services, secure accounts, process approved payments, meet legal obligations and improve reliability.

Retention and rights

Enquiries and waitlist contact details are retained for up to 24 months, unless you request earlier deletion; account and routine device-session records for the contract plus 90 days unless agreed otherwise; security logs for 12 months; and financial records for the legally required period. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability through the relevant enquiry or account channel.
