Hosted owner operations
Business profiles, campaign planning, existing-video checks and conversion, version review, posting packs, scheduling controls, delivery history and Revenue Lab records.
SMMA Studio · Access & setup
The hosted studio is live for its owner. Real platform delivery depends on configured developer apps, authorised accounts and an approved version.
Current readiness
Business profiles, campaign planning, existing-video checks and conversion, version review, posting packs, scheduling controls, delivery history and Revenue Lab records.
YouTube, TikTok and Instagram need owned developer-app configuration, required permissions, correct callbacks and authorised business accounts. Platform restrictions still apply.
SMMA Studio reviews existing media. To create a new edit, use the AI Video Editor (Vyrex 6 MAX) and bring the finished export into the owner review workflow.
The hosted server must be running when a scheduled job is due. A scheduled or simulated result is not proof of platform delivery.
Practical access guide
Yes. The owner workspace is at /admin/smma and requires owner sign-in and MFA. These public pages describe its capabilities; customer self-service access is not included.
Not yet. Bring an existing video into the workflow. The current tools inspect and convert media, manage descriptions and versions, and support review. AI generation and creative editing need a separate integration.
No. The hosted workspace can process due jobs without your computer awake, but its server must be running when a job is due. A scheduled job is not proof of platform delivery; overdue or uncertain deliveries require review.
Configure the owned developer applications, required permissions and callback addresses, connect authorised business accounts, then review the video and platform-specific choices. Platform restrictions still apply. Validate live delivery with an approved test account and video before using client accounts.
Forms retain browser drafts for 30 days and reject stale edits. Video history and delivery attempts remain available, and archiving is reversible. Recovery snapshots support restoring the workspace with posting paused. Keep a private backup of media and account configuration; a planning export alone is not a full backup.
The workspace supports up to 100 businesses and 200 video requests, including archived requests. Video uploads are limited to 25 MB. The shared publishing preset expects a 58–62 second vertical MP4. Larger client volumes require a separate production setup.
The studio’s direct publishing integrations connect to platform accounts. Phone farms and cloud phones are separate options for authorised device operations and QA. Their hardware and access offers remain available alongside the studio.
