Before your first session
Activation alone does not start a device session. Payment confirmation, account setup and a positive prepaid balance are separate steps.
Enter your email and complete the security check. Checkout shows the final GBP amount before payment; returning from checkout does not itself confirm payment.
After activation is confirmed, follow the setup email to access your account. Approved users and device access remain subject to the service’s existing checks.
Select a minute pack after activation. A session cannot start with a zero or negative balance, and there is no pay-as-you-go option.
